We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity & Contact: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender — collected at signup or profile setup.
• Video Content: badminton clips you upload for analysis. These may incidentally capture your face or body. Videos are processed by our AI engine and stored on our servers.
• Performance Data: AI-generated shot scores, technique ratings, session history, and coaching feedback generated from your videos.
• Payment Information: transaction IDs, subscription status, and payment history. We do not store your card or UPI details — payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, session duration, and referral source — collected automatically via cookies and logs.
• Communications: messages you send via our contact form or support email.

We use your personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service (video analysis, AI coaching, performance tracking).
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Razorpay.
• Send transactional communications (OTPs, payment confirmations, session updates).
• Send marketing and product update emails — only with your explicit consent, and you may opt out at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Conduct internal analytics to improve our models and product experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your video content to train third-party AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

We process your data on the following grounds under the DPDP Act, 2023:

• Consent: for account creation, video uploads, and marketing communications.
• Contract performance: to deliver the subscription service you have paid for.
• Legal obligation: for GST compliance, financial record-keeping, and responding to lawful government requests.
• Legitimate interests: for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and product analytics.

We share your data only with:

• Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Google Cloud Platform / AWS — cloud hosting and storage for video files and application data.
• Analytics service providers — anonymised usage data only, to understand how users interact with the product. These providers may not use the data for their own purposes.
• Legal authorities — only when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

• Account data: retained until you request deletion, plus 30 days for backup purging.
• Video files: retained for 12 months from upload, then automatically deleted unless you have an active subscription.
• Payment records: retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax and GST law.
• Usage logs: retained for 90 days for security and debugging.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting prior processing.
• Grievance redressal: lodge a complaint with us at contactsupport@kreeda.tech and receive a response within 30 days.

To exercise any right, email us at contactsupport@kreeda.tech with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies (required for login sessions and security) and optional analytics cookies (to understand usage patterns). You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings at any time. We do not serve advertising cookies.

The Service is open to users of all ages, including grassroots and school-level players. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian before registering. A parent or guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a minor. By registering on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so and accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.

If you believe a minor's account was created without appropriate parental consent, please contact us at contactsupport@kreeda.tech and we will review and remove the account promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, OTP-based authentication, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a breach please contact us immediately at contactsupport@kreeda.tech.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
