The Service is open to users of all ages, including grassroots and school-level players. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may register and manage an account on behalf of a minor. By creating an account for a minor, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and takes responsibility for the minor's use of the Service.

By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

• You must register using a valid phone number or Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at contactsupport@kreeda.tech if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, competition rules, or leaderboard integrity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Kreeda offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase.

• Payment processor: All payments are processed by Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
• Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription purchases once payment has been processed. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contactsupport@kreeda.tech with your transaction ID and we will review the case.
• Price changes: We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload video content that you do not own or have the right to share, or that depicts individuals who have not consented.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models, scoring algorithms, or any proprietary data.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users (applies to coaches and players on the marketplace and in the community).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights.

Additionally, to protect our platform and community, you must not:

• Competitive use: use the Service, or any data, output, scores, or insights derived from it, to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product, AI model, or service.
• Bulk harvesting: scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise collect at scale other users' clips, profiles, scores, rankings, or leaderboard data, by any manual or automated means.
• Automated access & fake accounts: access our APIs or endpoints with bots or automated tools, create accounts by automated means, register mass or fake accounts, or circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical protections.
• Framing, mirroring & reselling: frame, mirror, republish, redistribute, or resell the Service or its content, or remove or alter any proprietary notices.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and we may pursue any remedies available to us under law.

You own your content. You retain ownership of all video content and other materials you upload or post ("Your Content").

Private by default. Videos you upload for analysis are private to you (and to any coach you choose to send them to). By uploading, you grant Kreeda a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, store, and analyse Your Content solely to deliver the Service to you.

Content you choose to share. When you post or share content publicly (for example to Explore, the community, or leaderboards), you grant Kreeda a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that shared content across the Service and to feature it in our marketing and promotional materials (including our websites, social media, and advertisements), with attribution to your username where practicable. You may request removal of your shared content from promotional use at any time by contacting contactsupport@kreeda.tech, and we will stop future such use within a reasonable period. For any shared content that features an identifiable minor, promotional use additionally requires the consent of the minor's parent or guardian.

What others can see. Your public profile (such as your username, city, skill level, and leaderboard rank) and your follower / following lists are visible to other users. Content stays private unless and until you choose to share it.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or share any content, including the rights of any third-party players or coaches visible in the footage. We will not use your private video content to train AI models for sale to third parties without your explicit, separate consent.

From time to time Kreeda runs competitions, challenges, and leaderboards ("Competitions"). Unless a specific Competition's rules state otherwise, Competitions are for recognition only — ranks, badges, titles, and status — and do not award cash or other material prizes.

• Each Competition may have its own additional rules, eligibility criteria, and duration, published with that Competition. Those rules form part of these Terms for participants.
• Fair play. You must not cheat or manipulate results. This includes uploading fake, edited, AI-generated, misattributed, or re-uploaded videos; using multiple or fake accounts; using bots or automation; or manipulating scores, rankings, or the leaderboard by any means.
• Enforcement. We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify participants, reset or adjust scores and rankings, and remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these rules or undermines the integrity of a Competition.
• Our decisions are final. We may add, modify, suspend, or cancel any Competition at any time. Our decisions regarding eligibility, results, and enforcement are final.
• By entering a Competition you agree that your username, city, rank, and shared clips relevant to that Competition may be displayed publicly on leaderboards and in related announcements.

The Kreeda name, logo, application, AI analysis technology, and all related content are the exclusive property of Kreedarena Technologies Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service allows verified badminton coaches to offer coaching sessions to players ("Marketplace").

• Kreeda is a platform facilitating the connection between coaches and players. We are not a party to the coaching engagement itself.
• Coaches are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of the advice they provide.
• Players engage coaches at their own discretion. Kreeda does not verify coaching qualifications beyond the information coaches self-declare.
• Payments for coaching sessions are handled through the platform and are subject to our payment terms above.

We may review, moderate, or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, or infringes the rights of others, and we may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for it. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful, please report it using the in-app "Report" option or contact us at contactsupport@kreeda.tech with enough detail to identify the content and your complaint. We will review valid reports and take appropriate action, consistent with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI analysis, or uninterrupted availability.

AI-generated coaching feedback and performance scores are informational only and not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Do not rely solely on our analysis for training decisions that could affect your health.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kreedarena Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kreedarena Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) content you upload, share, or post; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; (c) your misuse of the Service; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

• Force majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including cloud or network outages, cyber-attacks, power failures, acts of government, or natural events.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any rules posted for a specific Competition or feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms (for example, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or financing). You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 15 days before they take effect, and we may ask you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
