Denmark Open 2026

Denmark Open 2026

The Denmark Open is the biggest event of the European autumn swing and one of only a handful of Super 750 tournaments on the calendar. The 2026 edition runs from 13 to 18 October at the Jyske Bank Arena in Odense.

What to expect

It is the first of three straight weeks in Europe — Denmark, then the French Open, then the Hylo Open in Germany — which usually means full-strength fields, since players travel once and stay for the run. Super 750 status puts it a tier below only the World Tour Finals and the Super 1000 events in ranking points on offer.

The 2026 edition is the first Denmark Open of the post-Axelsen era. Viktor Axelsen, a two-time world champion and the tournament’s most reliable home draw, retired in April 2026, leaving the host nation without an obvious favourite in men’s singles for the first time in over a decade.
